FAQ's

How can I book a color appointment?
For returning color clients, you can contact us directly via call or text and we'd be happy to book the correct color service for you!

For new clients, please book a virtual or in person consultation. Your stylist will then assess your hair and book the correct service for your hair goals. 


How can I book a non-color appointment?
Easy, you can simply book here
 

How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation text after your appointment is booked. However, you appointment is not officially confirmed until you have added your card on file and paid the service deposit. 

Is there a late fee? 
Yes there is a $10 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
 
 

Is there a deposit? 
Yes,

50% deposit due for color services 
75% deposit due for waxing and brow services 
30% deposit due for the remainder of KMB services 

Deposits must be paid no later than a week prior to your appointment or immediately if the service is booked less than a week from your appointment date. If a deposit has not been paid, the appointment is not confirmed and can be cancelled. 


Do you take walk-in appointments? 
We are currently appointment based but will happily take same-day clients if time/space permits. 

What is your cancellation policy? 
You must notify your stylist no later than 5 days prior to your appointment to cancel and receive a refunded deposit or reschedule and reuse your deposit. You can only reuse your deposit once if you decide to reschedule. 

What is your refund policy? 
We do not offer refunds after services are provided. However, you have up to 3 days to let us know if you were not satisfied with your service. We will try our best to accommodate you and make it right!


What is your No-Show Policy? 
If you do not show for you appointment you will not receive any part of your deposit back. 

Do you provide consultations? 
We do provide in person or virtual consultations for color and event services. Consultations are MANDATORY for NEW clients. Your consultation cost will also go toward your color service if you choose to move forward and book. If you do not choose to book. a color service, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
