FAQ's

How can I book an appointment?
For hair appointments you can send in a request and will be followed up by a text or call. For all other services you can book online.
 

How do I know my appointment is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation text after your appointment is booked. However, you appointment is not officially confirmed until you have added your card on file.
 

Will my card be charged after confirm my appointment? 
Yes, your card will be charged 20% of your service total but can be refunded if your appointment is cancelled at least 72 hours before your appointment.

Is there a late fee? 
Yes there is a $10 late fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.
 
 

Is there a deposit? 
Yes, a 25% deposit is required for ALL services. 

Do you take walk-in appointments? 
We are currently appointment based but will happily take same-day clients if time/space permits. 

What is your cancellation policy? 
You have up to 72 hours before your appointment to cancel. If you cancel after that time frame your deposit is non-refundable.

What is your refund policy? 
We do not offer refunds after services are provided. However, you have up to 3 days to let us know if you were not satisfied with your service. We will try our best to accommodate you and make it right!


What is your No-Show Policy? 
If you do not show for you appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service. 

Do you provide consultations? 
We do provide brief in person or thorough text/call consultations.
